Individual Exchanges

(see at the end of the page for Incoming students)

You don't know how to spend your next holidays? You love travelling and making new friends?  Studying for the exams was not enough for you and you still want to continue learning about veterinary medicine? Then THIS might be the perfect opportunity for you.

The IVSA Network provides possibilities for placements in countries all over the world and in all fields of Veterinary Medicine - so called Individual Exchanges. They are often for free (apart from travel and living expenses) and allow you to gain insight in how Veterinary Medicine works in other countries.

All you need to do is sending us a message with the desired countries and dates, and we will communicate with the local Exchange Officer to try to arrange it.

Requirements:

  • Student in the 4th year or above
  • Fluent in English (and / or official language of desired country)
  • Most placements last for at least 4 weeks
  • Applicaton at least one year in advance (the earlier the better)
